CGC 2026 Congress Registration
Registration for the congress entitles you to participate in all three days of the event (23–25 Ordibehesht 1405,13-15 May 2026), including access to all congress programs such as:
- Scientific sessions and oral presentations
- Poster sessions
- Exhibitions (for in-person registrants only)
- Online workshops
- Best Presentation Festival
- Idea-to-Startup Festival
- Coffee breaks and lunch
- Student Festival
- Sponsor and participant booths (for in-person registrants only)
- Video presentations
- Panel sessions and specialized discussions
- Two coffee/refreshment breaks each day during all three days of the congress (for in-person registrants only)
- Electronic version of the Abstract Proceedings book
- Transportation service (with limited capacity)
- Registration package including bag, notebook, pen, conference program, and other items
- Certificate of attendance at the conference
- Congress package (for in-person registrants) plus a digital certificate of attendance
The registration fee covers only the items listed above and the submission of one paper.
In circumstances such as natural disasters, war, unforeseen incidents, terrorist activities, pandemics, or any other conditions beyond the organizer’s control, the congress or its related webinars and workshops may be cancelled or postponed. In such cases, appropriate notice will be given to participants.
The organizer shall bear no responsibility for any consequences arising from the substitution, modification, postponement, or cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond its control.
The organizer is not liable for any bodily injury or financial loss or damage to participants’ property during the congress or as a result of attending it.
If you cancel your registration up to 7 days before the congress, 20% of the paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Requests for cancellation and refund within the last 7 days before the congress will not be accepted.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the official congress email address: info.icgcs2026@gmail.com
Registration refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days after the congress.
International participants are kindly requested to bring the following documents with them to the congress:
- A valid passport
- A printed or digital copy of the registration confirmation
- A student ID card or institutional ID, if registering as a student
