Dear Esteemed Colleagues, Pioneering Researchers, and Dedicated Clinicians,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is with great pleasure and a sense of shared
purpose that I extend a heartfelt welcome to you for the 3rd International Cancer
Genomics Congress (CGC2026).
Building upon the resounding success of our first two congresses, which culminated in
over 3,400 participants at our last meeting, we are thrilled to convene once again. This
growth is a testament to the vibrant strength and dedication of our community. This
year, we are proud to host a hybrid congress, centered in the magnificent city of
Isfahan, ensuring colleagues from across Iran and the globe can join us, both in person
and online.
Staying true to our founding vision, the CGC serves as a unique umbrella, uniting all
disciplines dedicated to conquering cancer—from basic genomics and clinical oncology
to molecular diagnostics and bioinformatics. We believe the most profound
breakthroughs happen at these intersections.
As a 4th-generation congress, our mission extends beyond traditional lectures. We
are built on four core pillars:
Education: Disseminating the latest advancements.
Research: Showcasing cutting-edge discoveries.
Commercialization: Bridging the gap between lab and market through our “Idea to
Startup Festival”.
Social Responsibility: Directly engaging with the public through our National Cancer
Prevention Campaign.
This integrated approach ensures our work has a tangible impact, from the laboratory
bench to the patient’s bedside and into our communities.
To our brilliant colleagues within Iran, your engagement is the cornerstone of this
congress. To the distinguished Iranian scholars abroad, your participation is invaluable.
We warmly encourage you to bring your global expertise and perspectives to this
gathering, to reconnect, and to help forge an even stronger collaborative network.
We are confident that CGC2026 will be a milestone of scientific exchange and
collaboration. Together, let us advance the frontiers of cancer genomics and take
decisive steps toward a future free from the burden of cancer.
We eagerly await the privilege of welcoming you to Isfahan and online this spring.
With warm regards,
Seyed Javad Mowla, PhD
Scientific Secretary
3rd International and 1 st provincial Cancer Genomics Congress (CGC2026)
